Thank you for using Ricoh's cloud apps services.
This message is to inform you that the email address for sending print jobs in FlexRelease CX and RICOH SI Package for FlexRelease CX has changed to a new one.
The email address has been changed as follows:
- Previous: xxxxxxx@eu.flex-release.ricoh.com
- New: xxxxxxx@eu.frcx.ricoh.com (No change before @ mark)
You can check your new email address from the "Email Print Settings" menu on the service management screen.
Currently, print jobs can be printed by sending to either email address.
Previous email address will no longer be available from 12th December, 2020.
Please start using the new email address by 11th December, 2020.
