※予備日として、2026年8月13日（木）～16日（日）を予定しておりますが、予備日にメンテナンスを実施する場合は、当ページにてご案内いたします。
メンテナンス終了後は、webform.ricoh.com のフォームが表示され、通常通り、入力・送信いただけます。
お客様には大変ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
Maintenance for webform.ricoh.com (Inquiry Forms / Survey Forms) will be conducted on the following schedule:
- Maintenance Date and Time (Japan Standard Time, JST)
Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 9:00 AM
Please note: Thursday, August 13 through Sunday, August 16, 2026 are reserved as contingency dates. If maintenance is carried out on these backup dates, it will be announced on this page.
After the maintenance is completed, the forms on webform.ricoh.com will be available as usual, and you will be able to enter and submit information normally.
